Rozanne Kurman, Managing Broker - Owner (Illinois & Florida)
I have been licensed since 1984 and became a broker in 1986. In 2010 I opened my own company in Vernon Hills, IL (Lake County) to better serve my clients. In 2016, I opened a second office in the Greater Fort Lauderdale area in Broward county Florida. I have been an REO agent since 2002 and have closed over 1500 REO transactions. My group consists of licensed agents in both states and two full time administrators. I was 2007-8 President of the Realtor Association of Northwest Chicagoland and finished in the top 10 in my region for RE/Max of Northern IL in 2009. I am proud to be a member of THE FORCE and I am certified with both Res.Net an Equator and have my GRI and EPRO certifications as well. Our company goal is to complete every aspect of the REO business in the most accurate and professional way possible.
Chris Eng, Broker (Illinois)

Laurie Levinson, Broker (Illinois)
Laurie began her real estate career in 1991 after working in sales and customer service for a large corporation for several years. She joined Rozanne’s team in 2008, later becoming the office manager and a top selling agent. She has lived in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago since 1991 with her husband and three daughters.
