Recently, Rozanne was honored with the 2009 Platinum award for productivity by of Northern Illinois. Out of some 4,000 sales agents, she placed #9. This achievement has been years in the making. Rozanne has been an active, full time realtor since 1984. In these 25+ years, she involved herself in realtor association activities. That culminated in 2007 when she was elected president of the Realtor Association of Northwest Chicagoland. During her tenure, the organization grew to approximately 8,000 members. As a past president, Rozanne continues her involvement by being a member of the state and local professional standards committees as well as being on the charitable foundation board of "Helping Our Heroes". The benefit to her client asset management companies and banks is that she enjoys the respect of her colleagues who look to her for guidance in submitting offers that banks will seriously consider. Her continuing efforts in exceeding expectations of her asset management clients, she earned her GRI and e-PRO designations. In the early 90’s, Rozanne had the opportunity to open up her own real estate brokerage company. While the company was successful, Rozanne preferred being out in the field working with buyers and sellers. After 5 years, Rozanne decided to sell the company and join the group. While she was successfully marketing homes in the northwest Chicago suburbs, she was also completing 15 to 20 broker price opinions weekly for approximately 10 companies when the refinancing market was vigorous. With very little notice, the refinancing market changed to the foreclosure market. Rozanne, with years of experience and familiarity with housing prices throughout northern Cook, Lake, and eastern McHenry counties began providing many of the same companies with the superb service those companies had come to expect from her.
Growth is a very important component of her business. As a result, she expanded to 4 full time licensed agents and 3 paid administrative staff as well as having numerous quality contractors to complete tasks for you in a timely manner. As she expands her operation, she will continue to add quality people to the group in order to maintain the high level of assistance in which, you, her clients have come to depend.
